the stay was excellent. the room was very clean and tidy and the staffs were really very good

rooms are new, but there is no proper ventilation in the bathroom, so the rooms have a slight stink from the bathroom. despite informing them an hour before reaching which was already late in the evening, the rooms were not kept ready. hot water was an issue in a couple of rooms that we had occupied, this could not be fixed by them. the receptionist called us at 10.30am to remind us to check-out at 11.00am, when i said that we occupied the rooms late in the evening and requested for some addit ...more
