The stay at Fern Lonavla was wonderful.Spacious rooms and delicious food were particular highlight.Peaceful and serene location.

The rooms are clean and good. Staffs are very good. Swimming Pool, game areas such as table tennis, carrom, pool and gym are also there. Additionally, SPA is also available and they are having good options. It is near to railway station and food is good here.

Rooms were smaller, for this price they should have provided two chair or sofa with a table in the room.
Inexperienced staff took lot of time while checking out. Made restaurant bill without discount, made GST bill with some other GST number. took almost 40 min to make corrections.
Parking is also a problem as there is not enough space for parking inside hotel compound.
For the price they charge per night, I won't recommend it to anyone.

The stay was just amazing. services are wonderful. i booked this stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. they upgraded our room with minimal extra amount and gave some complimentary services as well. Food and hi-tea is very good. overall a wonderful experience. Only one point was a bit of dissatisfaction i.e. the dinner buffet price seems very unreasonable(very high prices).
