They can improve a lot as we faced lot of issues like parking , room cleaning , electricity. When we were there it was raining heavily but the hotel doesn't even have a single umbrella , and they even denied milk for infant . Overall my stay wasn't that great. Initially they gave as room which was not even clean toilets were dirty, they are not maintaining it well .

Wifi did not work for the better part of our stay.
Staff is impolite, non responsive, takes no responsibility.
Food is average.
There are much better options available at much better price.
Would never visit here again.
Most of your time will be spent on escalating issues here rather than enjoying your holidays.

- Rooms are quiet and spacious, You get plenty of Area to park Your vehicle, Swimming Pool clean, Food Quality and taste is average. They have Work space to do work remotely.
- Nearest Attractions : Candolim Beach, Tito's Lane.
- Don't Serve the Same breakfast on each day, We stayed for 5 Days all day we got Idli Sambhar.
- Reception staffs are too lazy, Denying you for Essential product, Their Behaviour is found rude.
We Found Rooms are noiseless, Quote Comfort to Couple. Can Spend quality time with a Partner.

they charged for extra bed and didn't gave bed.. when I told hotel Management for issue they told me why u didn't tell us early .. but I called for extra bed 3 times.. they didn't provide extra bed .. such a poor hospitality and rude behaviour..

There is very serious service related issues we have to call 3-4 for every complimentary services like towel water also..
When we entered in hotel for check in hotel staff serve RO water in very dirty condition glass when i asked to provide mineral water they charged me 53/- of 1 ltr water.. they also not provided any welcome drink even after i asked to provide.. 1 room they allotted without ready after 2 call they shifted in other room..
Hotel service is a big concern and pathetic

First of all .. this was not even THE FERN.., it is mentioned The Fern Residency but it was La Dinerio..Hotel manager behaviour was so rude.. for early check in at around 11am they charged us 2000rs. Buffet was not at all worth it.They didnt provide the welcome drink.Room was smelling bad.We went out for the day and provided the keys to get the room clean, but it was not cleaned.No proper parking for 4 wheelers.. security guard is not even there at the gate Hotel management is so unprofessionalOverall a really bad experience..
