Staff is very cordial & helpful. Our request at reception for a separate bed was also arranged for. Overall quality of rooms food towels etc are good. M staying at this hotel before Covid times and still everything is well maintained & satisfactory

(1) hotel staff good supportive and Room, cleaning and service good. (2) my personal view, hotel food quality avarage and rate high. (3) hotel and staff 5 star rating but restaurant main manager behaviour not good so I am only one time eat in restaurant.

Very good and spacious rooms with a good balcony view, clean toilets, with TV available (only Hindi channels). Room service -better. Food - Good quality. But very high cost. Diu Trip

Average stay, staff was helpful, food is expensive and not good. Amenities in rooms are good. Overall, hotel did not give the good vibes. Average stay, I will not recommend to anyone else. I will also not stay again Again, it is my experience.
