Hotel was decent in terms of rooms. Location was good and right across the beach. Food was good. But the service was extremely slow. On arrival they took more than 30 minutes to complete check in. Even after that the card key they provided to us was not functional. Then they replaced it after an hour. Hotel has check out time of 8 AM which is very inconvenient. Again process of check out is long. They don't have adequate staff to manage guests at this time. Kept us waiting in the lobby for more ...more
