I regret to report that my stay at Ken Star Homestay in Munnar was extremely unsatisfactory. the experience was far below acceptable standards. The room allocated to us was not as advertised, with the owner frequently occupying it for smoking, which was highly inappropriate.The room conditions were deplorable, featuring a stained, torn, and dirty bed cover, alongside an unpleasantly smelly and aged mattress. Horrible stay. The room was very dirty, washroom had a leaking water sound. Bedsheets were dirty, Pillow covers dirty, Balcony was full of mud and footprints... i will never recommend it to anyone

Worst home stay i ever stayed. Dirty rooms, dirty bed sheet and pillow cover, no hot water,no drinking water, no proper lighting inside room, rooms were having dirty smell. Balcony was closed and not operative. When we said all these things the owner very rudely said " if u want uo stay , stay or leave". While booking it was shown rooms and kitchen, but kitchen not provided .

it was based at a amazing location. staffs are so courteous and cooperative. really liked the service. will recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay while visiting Munnar.
