Not a good experience! -Hotel staff delayed checkin by 1 hour even after doing late checkin by 3 hours and booking rooms 2 weeks in advance. -No preference given to advance booking as hotel staff appeared giving preference to spot bookings. -There were many people with old parents and infants waiting for room for hours. Complaint -since our kid had spill some milk on room table wife cleaned it with one of hand towel to not to disturb housekeeping but Hotel staff treated it as damaged towel ...more

beautiful property and the staff is super courteous. the breakfast is top quality and the restaurant serves the best food. the bar counter lacks attention as it's mostly unattended. they should also have a bigger kiss play area. the play area is small with only a few activities like slide and swing. kids get bored very quickly

Great location, comfortable & spacious room and friendly staff. Minor cleanliness issues and slow service for requests. Good amenities, food was great.Various activities were included which was really good.Overall, a solid stay with small improvements.Would recommend!

Decent stay at the resort with ample amenities for all age groups. Location is excellent and all utilities are available in the vicinity. Food quality is good however a bit costly. Rooms are neat and clean with very friendly staff. Overall satisfied with the stay. Well done Lagoona team and keep up the good work.
