Hotel is newly open. Overall staff is not upto mark but they all are kind. During was my stay there Diesel generator was blasted so there no any power backup. Food is good. Room is also nice.

Very bad location ....i could not even stay more then 30 minutes with my family it's was so bad experience all hotel empty no guests were there

Nice hotel , very pleasant stay.
Food is OK. It is very far away from the phalgam.
Hospitality was best , staff are too good and helpful.
If your budget is low you can try this place .

Hotel is a gem located on the bank of a river. It is located 12 kms away from Pahalgam market. The staff is courteous and the manager mr. Ishfag is very helpful and personally makes it sure that the guests are comfortable at the property. The room are small and they provide only bed heater. The property has a garden and they also arrange campfire. The food is delicious and the quantity is also more than enough. One my try the dessert Ferni especially prepared by the cook Hidayat.
Must visit hotel if you are in Pahalgam.
Will surely visit again.

Want to strongly recommend to my relatives & friends. to stay at hotel LOYAL RESIDENCY when they visit at Pahelgam. What a great hospitality they provide. cannot imagine. Location---just bank of river .very close rafting point, excellent mountain view. also having apple gardens in the close vicinity of the hotel.Amenities----very well decorates rooms, 24 hrs free internet, power supply ( having power bank facility), huge dining / open space each floor Food---Quality of food A1.They have taken spacial attention for children & senior citizens.Rating out of 5-----10 stars.
