The air conditioning wasn't effective. One ac for the suit room isn't enough. The bath tub wasn't retaining water.

The hotel is unhygienic in terms of food. The menu is overpriced. Since this is a sea facing hotel there is a lot of humidity. Please do not book this hotel for your Stay at Kovalam. Book another hotel and book a cab to visit the beach. It will be a better idea.

suggestions - start room service at 6:30 am instead of 8am,please do check water tank cleaning regularly as there is a stinking smell on the bathroom water. provide seating arrangement on the beach for guests considering we are paying 6k+ for a day.

Nice Hotel to stay on the beach. We stayed in sea facing room, which was having very big balcony. Superb view. But need some better maintenance. Restorent also very nice with good food. Hospitality of the hotel is good. But Room & wash room maintenance poor, need improvement.
Very nice location on the beach. Couple friendly hotel with excellent pool.

Avoid.1- no hot water in bathroom. They have solar heater so you wont get hot water in evening or early morning 2- no lift. Steps are hard to climb for elderly - if you get 2nd or high floor.3- renovation work is going on. Lots of noise during day time.4- forced to take gala dinner on 24 December. Check in was delayed since we have not paid for gala dinner. Although paid for hotel room.5- gala dinner pathetic. with limited food options and no drinks at all. All items were ordinary.6- rooms are not that great. Not worth spending.7- swimming pool water was dirty.
