For last 5 years me and my Team are Staying here
complementary Breakfast have so many Verity and delicious also
room service is very prompt
staff behaviour are very polite
Location is Good, beach and market both are with in 500 Mt
over all Very Good Property for Families and Couples also

The things that I want to point out are regarding the extra bedding which was provided but was not up to the mark. it almost felt like sleeping on the floor.
Also, the restrictions regarding the pool are way too much compared to when they need to follow, it was not clean despite having been cleaned the day before.
The parking was way too off at the location and required manual assistance from staff to open lock to park the car or take it out. it's a tedious process and needs to be improved upon. But the staff was helpful apart from the extra bed and pool stuff.

They just looting people and ask for extra money. They dont let you check in easily. Staff behaviour is rude. Receptionist Neha singh and Gm where rude.

No courtesy … the hotel dint even bother to ask for water even after I had 4 kids, where 2 of them were below 5 years .. Basic humanity was not there .. I am disappointed

The service of hotel is pathetic....people at the reception area rude ..For complimentary water they give in used bisleri bottle of other guests and when confronted they asked me to prove that the bottle is not washed and given as such
