No cleanness and no proper service maintenance. Even no AC working. Some cockroaches were found. So overall not worth of money

Hotel is located 10-15 mins away from temple. Very very disappointed when it comes to basic ammenities & service. They don't provide any amenities (no soap/shampoo, napkins, towels, tooth brush/paste, no batteries in TV remote) and they were least bother in providing any. After requesting several times they gave only 1 towel (we were 4 people). room was just ok,no towels no toiletries were provided bathroom door was broken intercom was not working staff was slow, they take too much time for everything we had to go down to reception to collect the towels and toiletries by ourself multiple times

hotel is around 1.5 km away from the Mandir while booking it showed juz 400 mts away. Worst experience. The hotel room was not clean and there was no proper lights in the room and lobby and also there were regular power cuts coz of which couldn't use AC. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely worst experience.

plz Avoid to go this Hotel.Extremely Worst hotel.They don't have any professional Ethics.unhygienic and Dirty bathrooms.

very pathetic!! Manager here is a straight Lier. there are so many instances where he tells you lie. 1. firstly he will tell you water bottles are not available. 2. When AC remote was not available, then he will tell you have not booked AC room. Then you will tell him boss see the booking, then he will tell you remote is not available I will set the temperature for your room but remote is not available . there is list of issues I can tell you.

No hot water,No proper room service, they mention that they will provide with breakfast and charges extra for it and there is no breakfast provided. Rooms are too small,unhygienic hotel. They didn't allow to check-in an hour before and they wanted us to pay twice the amount for early check-in and my family was waited out side .

unhygienic place no soap kit is not offered water also 1st time in my history hotel not providing single small water bottle also no food facility not cleaned bedsheets washroom no hot water facility staff, not the cooperative only thing they know how to charge. I checked inn hotel in the morning around 7 am firstly they gave two-room after when we settle down they asked for extra charges for early check-in they don't inform me before check-in so I have to leave that room I did check-in in the ev ...more
