the hotel outside atmosphere is good, but the rooms are not well maintained, staffs are not having a good manners to welcome the guests, they wouldn't provide proper facilities, hot water is limited, No a good stay for families
. Hot water availablity is limited

The overall stay was good. Happy with the stay. There are lot of Pros and few Cons on the stay.Pros1. The overall place is very good and well maintained.2. Beautiful place outside the room with a good play area for Kids.3. Neat and clean rooms (10x10) - Deluxe room with good view of Nature.4. The staffs were very responsive5. One of the worst resort
All ratings are fake, resort name itself spoiled, very small room, food completely waste, no proper service if u ask any thing they will come after 2 hrs.

I had an amazing experience with my stay in Kodaikanal. The booking was quick & the property was really good and worthy to live in. I would recommend Ibibo's tie up with such great stays. Worth the money and standard. Happy!
