I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room provided was extremely small, and the air conditioning was not functioning, which made the stay uncomfortable. Moreover, despite booking a king-size bed, I was allocated a room with two separate beds, which was not suitable or usable as per my requirements. This is not acceptable, and I hope the management takes note and ensures such issues are not repeated.

The reception person is not cooperative. We were two people and when asked for twin bedded then he simply denied saying no twin beds available while in the afternoon when we called in the reception one lady answered the call and said we can get a twin bed in a superior room.In the superior room only we were given two different rooms for 2 days which is doubtful that one of the rooms was not superior and we were charged for it.Also in the cold water tap extreme hot water was coming and we were n ...more

not good compare to price and facilities. mid ight two times power cut and have to wake up to turn on ac after power on .no auto start which distrub sleep , beds are uncomfortable.. housekeeping not good no dustbin even in the room not recommended at all

Good location. Breakfast is Ok. South Indian dishes are not up to par. Dormitory-style accommodation must be provided to drivers.

stay was v good, one of the best property in kanpur, good facilities.
can work on front office check in and out procedure and some more counters and and staff for the same.

Overall hotel is good, services & amenities are appreciable. Food is costly if a single person is ordering. Rates for lunch & Dinner in case of single occupancy should be reasonable.
