The rooms are bright and clean. Post the renovation, the fixtures are of great quality. Service as always was great. Friendly staff and helpful.
Safe for solo women guests.

I have been staying here for many years but the hotel doesn't appreciate this relationship and behaves very weird and don't upgrade or anything special, This time by mistake I broke the cup and informed reception on check-out and to my surprise they charged me for that too,so i Think they have cheap mentality of just making money

This was my third and probably last visit. The hotel is average with basic amenities. For the price, I expected more. I booked a Jacuzzi room, but it was partly broken and didn't work well. The refrigerator wasn't working, and the cleanliness could be better. However, the hotel menu is on budget side with very good options to select from. Overall, it was an okay experience. If the price was lower, it would be a good recommendation.

Have experienced a nice stay in both type of room.The room was clean and hygienic.The staff were trained and very prompt in service.The jacuzzi room was very nice.The food quality and service was awesome.Will recommend to stay once here.

Had an awful experience. They provide the worst customer experience if you book rooms at the very last minute.
I booked a room with a jacuzzi, and soon realized the jacuzzi wasn't working. The issue took around an hour to resolve, after multiple calls to the reception. The team is too slow to act about everything. My kettle was also not working, and neither was the room bell.
