room 509 faces the staff quarters, which doesn't offer a pleasant view. additionally, i found the reception staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming, which negatively affected the overall experience.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and kind.
Our kids had a great time enjoying the pool and playground. The overall ambience was pleasant and beautifully maintained.

Not maintaining. Get Bathroom smells when u sleep .cant close bathroom door cz no lock High price & low satisfaction πBest for couples cz no privacy π
