The hotel does not have any lift, though most guests are accommodated in 2 and 3rd floors. The bathroom taps are leaking. Towels are dirty. There is no kettle in the room for tea/ coffee etc.

Stay was not bad but washroom didn't clean & cleaning is the biggest issue . Room & washrooms are smelly.

please see pictures and you yourself decide, whether it is justified to charge, whatever you have charged me. There was no hot water in the evening. Hotel provide hot water in the morning only. There was power cut in the morning for 15-20 minutes, no back up facility. we have to wait in dark till power resume. I am not happy with the hotel...

It is nearer to IIT kanpur, transportation to iit good. but no lift. rooms are in 2nd and third floor. cleanliness in toilet needed. food is costly as compared to the location. even for water they are charging 30 per bottle. restaurant facility available after 9am. room service needed to be improved

If u intend to visit IIT Kanpur, as it is close to it. Cleanliness is OK, though not great. Safe for families. Just opposite to Kalyanpur railway station

I recommend this hotel for Young & Rich travellers only. As, the food quality is good. But, costly. Rooms are available on the 2nd floor & above with no lift facility. So, its NOT recommended for old-aged people.
