My experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. The biggest issue was with the reception staff. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, their response was cold and dismissive, as if they had no interest in dealing with guests at all.
This kind of first impression really sets a negative tone for the entire stay. Other facilities at the hotel might be average or acceptable, but when the front desk is unfriendly, it impacts the whole experience.
I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their staff training and customer service.

very bed .koi maat Jana . bathroom bekar hai. wifi mai recharge hi nahi karatay hai. manay bahut kaha tab bhi nahi karaya . or tv mai bhi recharge nahi tha .

2) Room service is quite fast.

Overall good place to stay ☺️.
Best part - they have an underground bar and pub which will give you a fantastic vibe 💯!!

There were no amenities provided. The staff was in-coperative. The restaurant wasn't properly running. Customer Service was very poor. I never saw such poor customer oriented hotel. My parents regularly visit this hotel but I won't recommend them to stay there.

Pathetic experience at hotel. Rating seems to be paid here. Opted for the Supreme room & staff was providing me a lower grade Deluxe room and on catching their mistake acted like they were doing a favor by providing me room for which I had selected & paid for. The staff wasn't cooperative at all.
Less amenities, no window, very very slippery floors. Bathtub is available only in Suite. Fraud hotel
