we stayed 3 night over there and they were not professional and not punctual.
complementary breakfast not ready as per time schedule of 8 am to 11 am but kitchen opening after 9:30 am.
no toothbrush paste provided.
location also behind the zoya thai spa. very small board and difficult to remember the location.
pool was good.
overall cleanliness good.
small cats were also good and my daughter played with them.
food is good.

Room was good but most importantly there is no parking option...they said park at your own risk literally we parked car at the street...there is no soap & shampoos in room...i paid for water bottles.. swimming pool is just for show off...bad experience

*x & z hotel calangute review*
we had a fantastic stay at x & z hotel calangute. although our initial room had an issue with the ac, the staff quickly resolved it by moving us to a better room without any hassle. their prompt and courteous service truly stood out.
the hotel’s amenities were excellent. the pool was cleaned especially for us before we used it, which showed their attention to detail. the rooms were spacious and had comfortable bedding that easily accommodated our group of four. ...more

cats and dogs are there in the property with rotten smell, location is prime with over croudy streets.
receptionist is not helpful.
