We came with our family, with toddler and infant. This place is not suitable for family consisting of kids. This property is surrounded by jungle and mentainance of this property is not upto the park. Despite of large area, it is poorly managed. The staffs in reception and lobby are not cordial and welcoming and we were waiting for check in as the room was not ready as we reached hotel at 10.30 AM.Despite of all chaos and odds, my daughter who is 3 years old enjoyed a lot in swimming pool. Our overall experience is really good. We enjoyed a lot. Resort is very specious. Support staffs are very helpful. Food is bit expensive. You need to go with that as there is no other options.Only suggestion is that if resort mgmt can extend the pool timing till 8 pm during Summer and check out time till 10am.
