Great location. In the mid of jungle of sahyadri mountain ranges. the tv channels of d2h were getting stuck and the wash basin tap was shaking.I dont think so that was problem with other rooms. as it was one night stay, we did not bothered to inform them. but overall due to location its a must visit to tranquil. breakfast options were limited but taste was good. the service is good.my kid enjoyed the play area and the surrounding area. I would surely recommend this place.

the resort and overall stay was great and as expected mahabaleshwar welcome us with great weather. the properties are well maintained and all stuff are extremely cooperative. food tastes good. if you want to stay away from city life you can blindly book this property. note : be careful while crossing mahabaleshwar toll booth, they suddenly charge me 200 and my friend 300 and gave me receipt of 150 and 225, ofcourse we are in a rush and when asked on the spot they are like it's mandatory. we reac ...more

we had a great experience at tranquil resort. location of the resort is really great because all the tourist spots are near. all staff member's were very friendly and food was amazing. best resort in mahabaleshwar to plan vacation .highly recommended……

Not the quite experience we expected. We stayed in room D06. Very average room, TV remote not working, food is not available between 3pm to 7pm, they inform about complimentary foot massage but when asked for it they don't provide it citing unavailablity. Dinner was served in cracked crokery which we asked to replace. Food menu was limited and service was also poor. Bucket provided was also broken. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We had booked for 1 day bt, after after that we extended our stay for one more day. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Overall the stay was average. Since we had modified the dates and we did get the confirmation through mail. But when we reached the property we did not get the rooms that we had booked. And the property kept on blaming each other. We were at a loss because of this.

Highlight of the resort is its location and service of the staff. We visited in summer but it was quite pleasant even during the day and night was very cool with a nice breeze due to dense greenery within and around the resort. Staff goes out of the way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Its a well maintained property with good nice lawn for outdoor game's as well like volleyball, badminton and cricket. Great place for family and large group outings.
