good but need to improve, saying wifi issue and second day give another wifi id and password by another person. , jio number has network issue in goa so without wifi we cant survive need to understand by hotel staff. breckfast is good but almost same for 3 days need more variety, its has option or omlate but we know after 2nd day. breckfast quality is good 👍 . yes property is good but needs more cleanness and bad sheet need to wash properly and if not clean after wash pls buy new one.

I have booked two same standards rooms but they gave only one standard room and one ordinary room....I have booked for 3 nights ...but they are saying we can cancel your booking also if we want .....they are refusing to change the room also ...in this room no tv no facility

not clean property no 24 hr service..phone is not working again and again u personally go to the reception. room r dirty..breakfast look not frash it's made 1 night before..only I thing is near to beach ..other wise it's not worthy .swimming pool is dirty..

unclean hotel, unclean rooms, no basic amenities.this hotel look like a unused old building, the whole property is full of dirt and nothing else, everything is broken and very old, from cot to toilets, doors. worse than any hotel, not worth for more than rs.500.

Pathetic rooms and service.There are cockroaches and lots of spider in room and also on beds.. Ceiling fan was continous making noise and also ac was not working.. Also bad and foul smell in washrooms..Cups and glasses are not washed while alotting rooms to us.. Lots of mosquitoes are there in rooms.. very very very bad experience.. Insectes are roaming around infront of there staff also still they haven't responded... it gives us feel like we booked 800-1000 rooms... Very disappointed
