th glasses in room were very dirty and filthy. when i asked the staff to change them, he bought dirty glasses again and said they don't have clean ones. the breakfast had only 3 options and the taste was very bad. it was bland and tasteless food. the staff is rude and unprofessional and not at all helpful in any way.

Hotel denied check-in as they had not booking details at their end, so had to wait for around 2 hours for check-in, only good thing was they had room available otherwise situation will more worse.

Walking distance from MG Road metro. Good for stay during official visit. The short cut entrance gaye remains closed between 10 pm to 6AM by residency society. No noise and peaceful place. The have fixed menu items for breakfast.
