this booking was done by me for my guest dr snehal choubey, she was so so upset with the hotel location, surrounding room size and cleanliness that immediately she checked out the next morning only, she had to stay for a night because she did not had a choice when she checked in at 12 midnight on 21st oct.hence please refund my payment.this happened in the past also with hotel surya bilaspur, there also we did not stay at all and that refund is also pending.

cleaning the room is not good. They also refused to clean the washroom during our stay. The TV is not working after complaining they promise to repair it the next morning but they can't do that. also room service is very slow. overall not satisfied staying at hotel...

Do not book this hotel, a very pathetic place, rooms are as small as a matchbox where a single small cabin size suitcase also cannot be opened. Staff is very rude, they wont entertain any requests. Breakfast was poor quality food, cold sambhar and idli. Even the bananas served were stale.

Rooms are very small. No toiletries in bathroom. TV not working properly. Small bed size. Overall an average stay. Room tariff could have been lower.
