worst hotel ever. standard room 2 floors down from actual level.. and no lift for breakfast need to climb 5 floors up at top . and only option avb was idli & ****ney. washrooms were worst no cleaning at all. food quality is worst. not worth it.

Worst stay ever. we booked this hotel as we were travelling from kochi to munnar and this was very far. on reaching,they gave us a standard room which was 2 floors down & there is no lift. I insisted them to give me on same floor but denied and asked for extra charges being option available for upgrade. also the breakfast was on top floors again we had to climb for 5 floors only for the breakfast being no lift. for breakfast. worst ever. idlis were cold .and they had this puri bhaji and cof ...more

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked room for 3 people but instead of getting an extra bed, got a extra mattress without bedsheets. Breakfast wasn't good and there is no tea plantation view. Dirty water in bathroom.

I booked a room for 3 adults with balcony view paying extra charges for that. I received room on first floor while hotel had 4 floors and provided I did my booking well advanced there should be an allotment of room on upper floors. Inside room I received single bed and one mattress without bed lying on floor without bedsheets for the third person. Couldn't contact hotel on registered hotel number for 2 days. Breakfast wasn't good. Water coming from taps was yellowish dirty water. No good parking area.
