Stayed for 3 nights. Booked room for 3 people but instead of getting an extra bed, got a extra mattress without bedsheets. Breakfast wasn't good and there is no tea plantation view. Dirty water in bathroom.

not a very good location approach road is very damaged difficult to reach the property ..no welcome drink ..no lunch and no resurent in day time ..had to short my stay and cancelled for one day.

the hotel was good, rooms were nice, clean and big. but, the room adjacent to our room was separated by a door. i could hear everything from that room. also the location was little far and the road was not good at all.
