Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms are good . The location is excellent. The breakfast was very ordinary. There was no quality check on the food served. The curd was extremely pungent. The cut fruit were tasteless. Paid dinner was not while taking alcoholic drinks.A very mean and narrow decision of the catering manager.Wifi password not given

The Duplex family room of the hotel claims max 6 guests but the hotel allows to stay 3 guests only and charge extra for 3 other guests. Moreover there is no dinner after 10 pm even on chargeable basis. The staff also objects on taking the food inside the room but only agrees after requesting couple of times.
