1) Room = Spacious
2) Location = 3 km from Kodaikanal center (better if you take near lake)
3) Power Backup = Most of the times power backup not provided. For 3-4 hrs there was no power in the room.
4) Restaurant = Not Available
5) Wifi = Not Available
6) Room Service phone not working.
7) One room washbasin broken condition
8) Receptionist indicated that don't expect much from us.

we hàd a great stay. Easy to reach Tulips Kodai, and this property has large car parking places. hotel and shop are available near to the hotel, 24×7 hot water available. If there is any issue in the property we can report it and they are addressing quickly.

Hotel is located at peaceful location and is 3 kms far from Kodaikanal Bus stand. So each time you have to book Cab which will cost 300rs per ride to reach busstand. Hotel has big rooms and plenty of parking space. It also has an open area infront wherein one can sit and enjoy bonfire or drinks. Hotel has inoperative restaurant.
