amazing place to stay , the receptionist Arun is really helpful and so the owner is kind and gentle to talk , moreover the price you will pay for the room you will get is the best one. I guarantee you can't get better budget saty than this property which is the ultimate stay .

Hotel was good, clean, nearest to all prime locations and easily accessible. Hotel staff Vijay was helpful and kind. No issues or complaints. Hot water, AC, Fridge all working. TV dth was deactivated so it didn't work. Ambience, atmosphere, calmness.

As I have given 4 star out of 5 here are reasons: 1. When we were going out of hotel for tour, we were asked to handover room key and they were giving us back when we were coming back. Here I want to ask who will be responsible for our lost valuables. 2. Two mineral water bottles were provided which were filled by hotel itself , not packed ones. 3. In bathroom a corner rack was required because there are various things which need to be kept like shampoo, soap, face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste ...more

Great hotel and experience! AC, fridge in the room. Quiet location, close walk to the beach, not many people on the beach. Close to Newton supermarket. Our host Arun helped us with everything: bike rental, locations to go. We enjoyed the place a lot.

I am staying at this property now with my son. Just awsum place. So clean, neat, polite caretakers, cold and hot water 24hrs. They don't provide food but they make sure that the guest gets everything they need on proper time. I feel so safe at this place. No disturbance, no interference. The landlord is also so humble. The person who takes care is Mr. Arun, hez so polite and humble. So well mannered. Would recommend this place to my friends and family. Will surely visit it again. Would like to rate this property 10 on 10 for everything. Thanks People.
