The stay was good. The Important thing is when we were trapped in the thunderstorm and all lights in Panchgani were out along with internet, cable etc. the staff helped us with backup and food. The property manager deserves a thumbs up for his attentiveness towards the guests. Food has it's limitations but overall a good experience.

The worst experience ever. Just before reaching the hotel the manager called and said there is a problem with the toilet hence they can offer the room. I told them to let me check the problem and then i can decide but they said we can't give you the room. I had done the booking hence contacted them and they arranged for an alternate hotel but i did not server our purpose. Think twice before booking umbrella inn because all they care about is money and not the customers.

The service of the hotel was top class and would specially like to thank the owner of the property for his efficient and quick work. The place is a little in the interior from the main road, but once in the hotel, it is very cosy. The food is fresh and very well made. Would definitely recommend this place to families and group of friends.

it was very good experience,they will take care of you in every possible way, all the staff were very cooperative and you are going to love the surrounding of hotel, mainly the homemade food was very delicious.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute of it, the service was excellent, food was custom made to taste, the Ambience was excellent, just like home experience. there is a lady cook who prepares food based on your liking not menu,
