This property is quite old. You may feel that it requires some maintenance. But all these feelings would be overpowered by homely atmosphere, staff behavior, spectacular location. If you want to enjoy nature... if you need some mental peace... if you need relax and chill... this property is highly recommended. Its within your budget, located in the center of all attractions. Also the food was amazing. Local aunties will cook delicious Kerala food.

Nothing good about the resort.. rooms were pathetic and were stinking..food has to be arranged from outside and the quality was very bad...very poorly decorated room..little far from Kalpeta and no sign board of resort..only plus point was service from people..I don't know how some one had given good review please stay away..you will get wonderful options at that price..

A beautiful resort, in a nice location. About 2km from the main city, but still set in woods! loved the experience. clean rooms, good food, and the the overall service by Mr. Noushaad was worth a mention! I would recommend this place for a quiet stay in the estate, birds chirping all day around you..

Charming place. Unlike other resorts which have neatly trimmed shrubs and well laid out plants, this resort felt like Wayanad with quaint old cottages amidst thick foliage of cocoa, acacia, jackfruit and other trees. I dint have to waste time going to Muthanga for I could see some beautiful butterflies and the rare giant squirrel within the estate itself ! Facilities were modest but the service made up for it. It felt more like an old 90's forest officers retreat than the current resort spam that have dotted Wayanad.

Room was fabulous, place was very quite and peaceful. The best part is the owner, who is willing to help you in whichever way he can. Overall excellent experience and would love to go there again !

The former cadbury estate is now home to this resort which is very expanse area of coffee plantation. The staff is quite helpful and the stay itself calm.

Very good stay in middle of estate...very helpful staff, one of their friendly gestures is to give us their bike when we wanted to take a ride around...really beauriful location too
