beds were not cleaned properly, we were able to see the people hair on the bed. no towels provided. they had to give castle room but they have given sun rise with open glasses and no proper curtains.. no shampoo provided and we had to ask. overall worst experience.

Room was clean.
No toiletries provided as shown in their picture.we had to carry own soap. No bath towels provided. Geyser switch is controlled by them even though its said they provide 24hr hot water service.

It's near to lake. back side of bsnl office. parking available. very good staff. if you want to go to manavanoor this will be easy. polite staff. Very good spacious room.clean toilet. 24 hr hot water. good view outside with balcony area designed inside room.
