The Kanchenjunga view was very clear and the sunrise. Very good place with view point of mountains and sunrise, it's awesome very much satisfied and was very beautiful. The staff was very good and respond quickly. The food is also good and delicious.

Double mountain view room does not give a full view of kanchanjunga due to other tall hotel. Room is okay.

I had my travel life's worst experience over here. The manager will fool you by saying that they have two buildings with the same property name. Even though your booking was for the new building hotel (as you have seen while booking) the manager will force you to take room in an old scrap building. they don't have any hospitality whatsoever. The walls are damp and beds are etching. Don't rely on the pics. It's completely gimmick. I have paid for one night but the rooms are so disgusting that my stay experience felt like living in a hell. the location is very bad also.

Dont expect too much from the property, as per the location the property is apt and is at the best location i.e near skywalk and there is a perfect Bengali Kasturi dhaba near the property offering homelike food.Good

Stay was ok but everytime you need anything u have to come down and hotel was not complying need to ask them 2-3 times for single thing. Kitchen was dirty.
