Had Booked Pool villa for 2 days and indeed it was a pleasant stay. However, there are a lot of scope for improvement.1. Food : Food was average, can definitely be better jn terms of quality, variety and taste2. Service: though the staff are humble and helpful, they lack coordination 3. Bathroom fittings: shower wasnt working unless the button is pushed hard. And some leakage in washbasin4. Restaurant area : can have better ambience and be more tidy. Only location is good and outdoor of resort is good. But the room where you stay is poor. Not to the standard of a 4 star resort. No hot water. Water supply is not good. Really upset after spending 10k per day No hot water in hill station and in winter

Had a good stay at the hotel which location was just excellent, The restaurant people were friendly and they served very nice food. (South,North Indian and Keralan Dishes) The only thing from which I got disappointed was the the maintenance of the swimming pool, but the badminton court was amazing just along side of the swimming pool.

I had a pleasant stay at the resort, It's a beautiful property with a nice swimming pool which looks amazing in evening when the lights inside the pool lits up.I reached early and They allowed me to check in early without any extra pay also they allowed late check-out as my bus was going to leave around 4PM.Property owner Praveen and Anil are very nice people , I had good conversation with them, Praveen helped me for arranging cab and provided me suggestions for sightseeing also informed the driver about the same. It's a beautiful place , nice food,good and helpful staff.
