I booked a deluxe room with bathtub and other inclusions for my honeymoon. Upon contacting the hotel manager he sent me to a different property (Nageen Lake Resort) and gave me a room with absolutely nothing and even charged me for heating. Whereas the room I booked had a heater in inclusion. And when I complained they told me that their rooms did not have such inclusions. Their staff was extremely rude and non cooperative. Imagine the disappointing experience I have had that I checked out earlier than my booking because of such a crap hotel staff and facility. Would not recommend at all.

1.) This property is located in Nigeen lake, quiet far from the main city, Dal Lake and Tourist crowd. So if you are looking for peace and nature, this property is suitable for you. 2.) We liked the staff specially Danish and Arif. They are helpful, sweet and friendly people. 3.) Cons: There is frequent disconnection of electricity specially during night.
