Clean rooms and beds. Courteous staff. small rooms. no space for additional mattress in the room booked for three person. No hot water in the shower. warm water available through a tap, only in the morning that too after wasting 3 bucket of waters. Poor maintenance. average

Fairly good experience with the stay. Neat and Clean rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant attached to the hotel is also fine.

The rooms are entirely different from shown. Bathroom was not clean. Service was not good.

Very worst experience we had in this hostel, we had never faced this kind of service in our overall lifetime as the there was no room service and the way the receptionist was treating our family was as if we were staying for free and there were no well amenities provided, no towels, beer bottle smell, no hot water, no wifi password shared even after requesting, If you want waste your hard earned money then you can book the hotel room.

pros: location of the hotel as it's on the main highway cons: cleanliness of the hotel and room is not that great tv was not working and couldn't see hotel staff for the service

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ildiko ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ildico for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!
