No value for money. Service quality is not good

Most things in the bathroom were damaged. The bedsheet provided was torn. Food service was extremely horrible. There is no room service. Intercom in rooms don't work. They gave a phone number and no one received the call. Only good thing was the view from the room. Will never choose this hotel again nor will recommend to anyone. A complete loss of my money, I should say.

Neat and clean.
View from hotel is quiet good.
Doesn't have all the amenities as mentioned in the site like electronic device, hot water for bathing, kettle, proper sitting place etc.

The hotel Wayanadia is simply the worst hotel. The rooms were not up to the mark, smelly bed, No TV, Noisy fans and bathrooms were not clean, very small, no soap and hand-wash. When I complained about this to hotel manager he didn't bother me at all. I paid big money for this but was disappointed by the hotel staff and facilities.

Not bad...Site was nice....Staffs were so cooperative and polite...Enjoyed the day there with friends...The location is the highlight for the hotel...

the backside of the hotel is really pleasant with the good scenary and view. it's worth the money spent. only thing you should worry about is the restaurant. at night it's difficult to come.out and have dinner outside the hotel l. rest all is very nice.
