It was nice stay at hotel .Staff was courteous.Elevator was available. Washroom and the room were cleanest.View from the room was awesome.They had upgraded my room for free .It was a memorable stay.Really want to visit again.

Hotel staff was untrained or illiterate, not in proper dress, mannerless, In rooms there is no locking system working, not provide complementary water bottle, towel, dentel kit, hand wash, geyser is not working, etc, cleanliness was very poor, food quality was very bad and unhygienic, security is not God for family monkeys entered in room and destroy all luggage and harm chidern, Hotel waiter was borke water glass on my hand and huge cut in my hand. The hotel was okay okay. I had booked a room for breakfast and dinner for 3 people but the check in time hotel manager told me that your dinner will surve in your room because all rooms are not sold today. i said okay but in dinner time he surve only one vegetable and one daal with naan and rice. The property was neat and clean with some good views from Balcony. We booked three rooms (Premium Deluxe). The staff was very polite and humble and was ready to assist whenever we approached to them. Thanks to the hotel for making our stay comfortable.

we had booking of two delux rooms. one room was ok with back view of balcony but another room was vary scary. the room was smelling too much. the wallpapers was dirty. I didn't see option to upload a video of balcony, so attached screenshots of balcony. the balcony was too much dirty and it was adjucent to another under construction hotel and both of them were too close to each other. when we asked them to change the room then they denied saying that we don't have any other room to provide. now ...more
