The location was amazing. The rooms were valley view ones with room balcony. The food was amazing both dinner and breakfast. Water was clean and had provision of hot water. The service was good. Overall it was a good experience.

The location of the resort is amazing. It is at the top of a hill, near a cardamom estate. You get a scenic view of the hills and the cool chilly wind adds to the ambience. The rooms are quite nice and spacious. Staff is courteous. Food options are limited but quite decent. One flip side is that the resort does not offer any sort of activities. There is no pool, no play area, not even board games. So if there are kids with you, they might get bored after some time. So, the exorbitant price you pay does not appear to be justified.

The rooms are not on the same level as the reception. The road is Inaccessible for bigger vehicles like Traveller. Spacious rooms, Surreal views from the room.

everything is good but... no security 👎👎👎 it's very dangerous for tourists , electricity level is not good...and some pending work's in room..
