Food was good.There is nothing to do outside boathouse since it's berthed at Nigeem lake not in Dal lake.It suits for group of people.Not for couple. Heater and water not available at all times. Care taker may restrict entering bed room to have some privacy.

Amazing and wonderful hospitality at Zafar houseboat "Golden Lotus". Lovely people Mr. Gulam nabi, Fayaz bhai and team always available with their best services along with their beautiful smile, yummy food, positive atmosphere. The best option for houseboat at Nigeen lake or would say in Srinagar. They increased Our love for Kashmir and its people.

their network - fayaz the helper, fayaz the driver, aadil the guide in tangmarg, gulmarg, were very helpful. they also help u to schedule things and timings.

Its was a nice stay with very personalized service, food is also good....but be aware of thieves, I have lost **** bucks from my wallet from my room while I was out for dinner in the dinning room. else it was a nice experience of life ......

Good place to stay, but far form city,each time when we come out from hotel we have to pay for shikaar, every time just to cross over we have to pay,other than this overall that was the good stay,we had some good break fast,dinner was not up to the mark,

Very nice location , beautiful gardens nearby, rooms are very spacious and very clean.If somebody is planning to visit Srinagar & wants to stay on a houseboat stay on Zaffer Group Of Houseboats.I can assure you will have a pleasant stay on this houseboat,family atmosphere & personal attention. I stayed couple of time & always I was fully satisfied with their service.
