The hotel is neat and clean, but , there is no proper conviance to reach the hotel and in the night it is more scary , no proper lights very lonely and very far from the bus stop ,not safe women and family, the bus stop is just 3.5 km from the hotel but if you have to go to the bus stop in the cab charges are like 700-800 Rs, Everything is far from the hotel nothing is near. and the hotel approch Road is very steep and down.

It’s feel like little expensive also only the royal suite room feel like better. Mainly the route to reach the hotel is still considerable, from kodaikanal city to reach the hotel you have to take a very steep path. Little dangerous if you travel in rainy time unless you’re good in driving such hard routes. You have to order the food 3-4 hrs before but the taste is better comparatively. Also, there is no nearby shops for anything so you have to buy everything before your reach the hotel.

We booked two rooms, but they alloted one room only. After argument, they gave one room like a store room. The room was not clean, beds were dirty.. Staff behavior was irritating us. They were not at all good. Gave irresponsible answer. Overall it was a terrible experience . plz don't book this hotel.

Good and comfortable staying experience. Only good not excellent, because some of the amenities should be improved. One is the parking area only two cars can be parked before the hotel. Others should be kept on the very narrow road. Indipendently vehicles cannot be taken. If the road becomes wider then no problem. Neat room and toilet is a positive thing but no lift facility is there for the multi storage building (one above ground floor and two below). So old-age people facing difficulty in ent ...more
