Worst nightmare came true. It was far worst than one can imagine.No room service, even one have to go down the road to purchase the basic necessity items. In terms of hygiene too it was pathetic. housekeeping at its worst. Would suggest gobibo to close down this unit.

Amazing location -- surrounded by snow-covered mountains. Pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff.

Bas dhundhne me dikkat hui, kyunki naam nai hai likha kahi v, waki sab sai rha aur haan Heater ke alg se charge kre the uska mujhe nai pta ke kyu kre, aur aisi kon si policy hai, 250 Alg se diye hai Heater ke aur bo v chhota sa tha, par staff ka behavior bohat acha lga, waki overall bohat acha rha, thats why i am giving you 4 Star, thanks

No doubt one of the best place to spend time in manali. this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the hotel staff who does a great job here in very different conditions, a true sample of excellent hospitality. I wish I could stay more but next time I will stay for long.
