The property is good. But managed by wrong hand. The manager is arrogant. for 3 people a 4 star rated property was issued for 4300 rupees per day for 2 days. We 3 adults reached there by 0 am. But room was provided to us by sharp 2 pm. The property ran by minimum staff. We paid for 3, but no extra mattress were supplied, when asked for it the manager told you would have told before. But even next day they didn't provide the extra bed. But, for the next day they didn't clean the room. Not given any tea/ coffee bags for the next day. No Toiletries, no bath towels, I don't know how they are rated 4 star. We extended the stay only because we would loose one day during check in & check out & transfer between hotels. Even the manager told us he will reduce the buffet rate by 50rs,/- but you should not complaint/ ask for the services we were supposed to be provided.. Over-all we had a bad time in the hotel & we strongly recommend it cannot be rated 4 star

I had a great time throughout my stay, and I know you will too. I would like to recommend the same for others as well, especially for someone who is travelling by air, even though it's a little distance from Dal Lake but still a nice one. Neat and clean rooms, nice and helpful staff, quite good in terms of money as well. will undoubtedly visit and stay with you in the future. Beautiful property, brand new and every room is unique of its own, Great Kashmiri culture and environment can be experienced. I stayed in Rizk Inn for 4days, had very comfortable stay. Mr.Muzamil is always there to help guests. Staff are really helpful and they give the best service possible. Children will love the food options, especially breakfast and dinner, cleanliness and hygiene. 24hrs instant room service.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kashmir The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even space to attend zoom meetings), and high quality service

It was not good First night the light fluctuated whole night it was around 2.am when i slept, Second day the breakfast was worst cold maggi,pasta without any spices, And the most bad was When a person was going to drop me and my wife to airport, i just went out from car and the driver laughed 3-4 time to my wife.very worst exeperince with rizk inn

It was a pathetic stay @Rizk Inn . It is shady and shabby . Doesn’t have a proper entrance ( porch ) , rooms are very average , no lifts , no jet sprays in washroom . Not even a proper 2 seater sofa and a table ! Very limited food options ! No security , nothing ! I will never recommend this facility !

Would certainly stay in RIZK INN whenever I will visit Kashmir.Homely comfort and excellent food that is hygienic and healthy too.Conveniently located around 2-3 Kms from Airport. Staff is gentle. Rooms are very good having amenities and size of a 5 star hotel. A nice hotel in every way.

We have stayed in Rizk Inn for 1 day,it was pleasantly experience,Hotel staff are friendly and naseem bhai quick on action when we called reception ,5/5 food quality and tasty it was served by sartaj bhai and even after breakfast packed food for us,i High recommend this hotel

it was great experience staying in Rizk inn hotel.. Room facilities are very good.. Receptionist was very helpful. housekeeping was very sensier about their work. privacy is very important for a family .. so it was there.. we all enjoyed a lot..

The building was under construction and room as well. The paint was not completed and they have assigned that room to us. The view was very nice and location was very good. They should have completed the construction before accepting guest.

Hotel is near to Airport. All amenities were provided but hotel was lacking lift. Also we asked for hot water for bath in early morning but we couldn't get. Hygiene and cleanliness was taken care.
