"The Nest Suites" is a Guest house... An executive residence /stay to be precise. The location is near to my Corporate Head Quarters of my Company which is a mere walking distance The Nest Suites! Accommodation is good and spacious. Bare necessary facilities are all met : Hot and cold water, AC & TV, clean rooms and clean linen. There is no provision of own restaurant however Complimentary breakfast is available in self kitchen by the wonderful care takers. The staffs are very humble and polite. They are very much helpful and I really like them. Whenever I come to Chennai, I usually stay at The Nest Suites (...without any second thoughts!). For me, this is a Home away from Home. Thumbs up to you guys and great going. Wish you all the best!

worst experience ever. worst room. even if we ask anything the staff don't even bother. there is no water, full of mosquitoes, no TV, Fan's regulator doesn't work, mirror is broken, toilet is worst than public toilet, non hygienic, they don't even give bath soap. when we ask something they will say they will give but they won't even turn up. I will never recommend anyone. In this Manapakkam area this is one of the worst hotel with worst staff.

While the people get what you want to eat from outside as they don't have dinner facilities, a little bit of care and courtesy to check if the food ordered and brought were the same would save double waiting for an already hungry traveler and also save an embarrassment to the staff. Cleaning of room could be done while keys are left with the reception

Totally disappointed. Owner didn't even pick the call and we stayed outside for 2hrs. Don't book this property at all. they provided alternate hotel for booking. We saw that the property is very poorly maintained and full of dust.
