I have been traveling for a very long time now and this time I stayed at Hotel Dikiling pelling. I must say this is the WORST not just that but most ANNOYING hotel I have ever stayed in. I wish I could give this hotel a (-) rating. I will suggest everyone reading this review not to even think of visiting this atrocious hotel. You will keep looking for receptionist/ housekeeping but you won't be responded by anyone. Even if you are dying of even water they won't provide. 1) There was no receptionist when I checked in. 2) I was forced to wait for 45 min after I stepped in to the hotel 3) I asked for water which was given after I waited for 30 mins and by requesting for three times. 4)My wife was sick and I called the receptionist/housekeeper but I was responded by NO-ONE. 5) I left the hotel 3 hours after I checked in just because of THE WORST behaviour and services of the hotel.

Very average hotel at this price. Manager kept us on another hotel Holiday Inn which was good since we got mountain view from that hotel. This hotel provided breakfast which was very average.

Room was big but not cleaned. View was not visible from my room. One oy staff name Uthanga or something he was nice so polite.No breakfast. It was average type.

Good Hotel, Hot water facility 24 hours, manager's behaviour is good but no lift facility, food quality and quantity is not good and expensive.
