The rooms were very congested. The mattress was completely ruined and one couldnt get a decent sleep on the same. The bedsheets, pillow covers and towels were all stained and need replacing asap. The ground floor rooms are very noisy as the hotel staff plays loud music every morning. Also the access road that leads to the property is in very bad condition and not safe to ride at night. All in all if you are looking for a cheap place to just crash this maybe the property for you.

If you are looking for budget stay near Morjim Area, you can try out this place. Staff and Manager are very supportive. Although it's listed as 3 star but i would say it's a good 2 star stay. They provide decent breakfast if you opt for it. During our visit, swimming pool was under construction. I think that it would be ready by now.

It was not as much good as i was thinking.... Service was not good. Even they don't have hot water in winter season. Staff convince me to understand that cold water is as hot. Even there no bukket for bath.

Limited space to move around in the room. No place to sit other than the bed inside the room. Balcony space also very cramped up. Bathroom and Bed Linen was clean. Overall an average hotel accommodation.

The bed in the room was too uncomfortable. Could not even sleep properly. Pool is not allowed to use after 7pm. No restaurant near by. 👎
