Hotel Ganga Aatitheyam

It wasnt a good experience overall we booked 3 rooms with buffett which costed me price equivalent some of the big other reputated hotels but hotel ganga's service was very poor. The receptionist was not supportive or friendly at all they didnt greeted provided us the wifi password or any other required info we had to go and ask the reception ourselves for everything. Secondly their buffett was pathetic we dined in the night also for the dinner it took them hour and a half to have the meal on our table few people left without eating staff was unable to even provide us the water bottles or any water refills had to ask multiple times. Buffett only had 3 items in the menu which was not even average the electricity was going off and on every then and now. The rooms were good though the hotel really need to look into their services.

Pros. 1. Safe car parking within the hotel premises. 2. Good food at the hotel restaurant RASOI. 3. In front of Ganga maa. Cons. 1. Service not up to the mark, we got check-in at 3PM, after 2 hours wait, cos room not ready i.e Air Conditioner not working, TV not working. 2. Toiletries were not there, had asked for. 3. Bed was not comfortable at all. 4. Window was there in the room for ventilation with fancy colourful lights that disturb when you go to sleep. 5. Bathroom doesn't have hanger to hang clothes at the door, rather it's there above commode. Doesn't have bathroom/Jet Spray for Toilet Shower in Deluxe Room. I booked two rooms one Deluxe and one Super Deluxe, super deluxe rooms bathroom was good.

Very small rooms and inefficient service. Very less staff. It took them 4 hrs to provide drinking water to the rooms after multiple calls. Also during our checkout, we asked if they could prepare lunch for us at 12 pm, they straight away declined the request. We have requested to make something for my 2 yr old baby, that they also declined by saying that they don't have a chef currently and they can only provide after 1 pm. It was a very bad experience overall !!!
