Had lot of expectations seeing this hotel as 3 Star. when we reached the property, every expectation broken like glass. In reception, sitting arrangement is of plastic chairs. In my opinion, normal guest house maintain higher class than this "resort".only pros is the location, it is just opposite of sea beach. rest everything is cons. They don't have any reception call facility, don't have any dining facility.building under construction. noisy during day time due to various construction works. bed linen not changed daily. pillow quality very poor, lumpy. comforter is of local quality that too without cover.no toiletries given, had to mange by own. broken bathroom accessories. Not changed even after repeated requests. bathroom exhaust fan not working, not rectified after request. continuous water leakage from closet and wash basin. Basically wash room condition is pathetic.No tea making accessories provided, no room service, mini fridge beyond imagination.

The location of the resort is very good but some areas of the Resort are still under construction and hence the common areas are not completely clean. Even the bed sheets are not properly washed and i could smell dust on it. The bathrooms are clean but the commodes and the taps are not tiptop, somehow it is working. The food options are not available here and one has to order from outside. Even for the drinking water, one has to constantly remind them. The balconies are open and hence anyone from another room can come to another room and hence it is a matter of security concern. Hence, you can't keep your balcony open, any one can take the route to enter your room. We had average experience as we had some concerns about security, not having easy accessibility of foods (elderly parents had to travel everyday for any food, even for a tea), bathrooms taps and commodes had some issues and the bed sheets are a bit dirty

Our stay in this property was not good at all. The only positive thing about this property is its location. However, the main market is quite far from this property and may cost you additional charges to reach the market through auto and/or e-rickshaw. The staffs are not friendly and somewhat rude. It seems they don't bother about their guests. The rooms are not cleaned at daily basis. Bedsheets are not clean at all and staffs are unable to change them when asked for it. So, basically do not expect any room service from this property. Moreover, ACs were not working properly and sometimes bathrooms are running out of water. We only have one meal during our stay and it was below average. Besides, I think they don't make tea also. We have asked once in the morning and they replied it's not available here. So, if you are a tea lover and consume tea at regular intervals, you may have to go out everytime.

Very bad experience. Inspite of having rooms with no tourist the manager Mr. Brajawasi denied early check-in for my parents with 80+ age, even though i agreed to his demand of extra charges for early check-in as per conversation with him the previous day. He denied early check-in on booking day denying of any conversation even for half an hour earlier keeping them waiting for 4 hrs in the lobby full of mosquitoes. Manager Mr. Brajawasi's behaviour is very rude and he is not worthy of being a manager. He even stated that he doesn't care whether there is senior citizen as boarder or not. Overall maintenance of the property is very poor and is not recommended though the location of the property is very good

Things I liked: Hotel location is nice, calm and quite place. Sea facing. 50mtrs from beach. Hassle free parking, you can bring your own car. Neat and clean hotel. All basic amenities are available. To improve:- They are expanding so the hotel is under construction you may see some half constructed rooms, which does not give a good feeling. No kitchen, hotel does not have its own kitchen/restaurant. No room service. There are two ppl who would be the care taker of that place. We order food from zomato and asked for plates to the caretaker but they said we dont have plates. They were reluctant at first but finally provided us with plates to have our food. Decent Not bad and not excellent.

The stay here was pathetic..The hotel manager brajabandhu is a useless guy and he misbehaved us.He harassed us mentally.the service is very pathetic here..their bathroom light is not functional and sometimes blinking suddenly which we got feared of..they don't even offered drinking water to guests..we have to take our own.the TV's are not recharged and often asking they denied to do that.the blankets are not clean and smelling like .words will fall short to describe and while complaining the hotel manager misbehaved us and used abusive language..he doesn't have basic etiquettes to behave with customers

Well, the location of the hotel was awesome, right on the beach, just beside the marine drive road. The caretaker abhi was very good in nature, helped us all the way he can. Now the cons were there was no fooding option available as the hotel is still under construction. The room quality was average, bathrooms are spacious although the commode sit cover were broken & the exhaust fan was controlled by the authority, sometime on, sometime off. I think the hotel has more opportunity for improvement. I wish them best of luck.

First of all behaviour of the staffs are very polite, full of smiles;owner/manager always just a call away & always ready to listen to you & gives you positive suggestions accordingly;Rooms are clean, almost every room is having direct Sea-Facing;access to Terrace is really awesome after sunset - till midnight;zomato service is really fast there, You'll get almost every usual cuisines at discounted price.overall a great stay.

honestly this property is just near to beach so consider this as Pro. however service was good. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a TV by the shower), and high quality service.

excellent location. right on the beach. open the window and you will hear waves crashing other than this just average service. was under maintenance at the moment, hence not so clean. hot water and ac, tv working. no food at the hotel. only one attendant in the whole hotel.

Visited with family, Good location, front of the puri beach, 1 KM from swrgodwar market place, peaceful environment, kitchen, staff is good and helpful.Owner Mr. Brajabandhu is very helpful. Overall nice stay with family.
