Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... At the time of check in they demands for extra money at when u reached at 9 o clock in the night. The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 2 rooms for 4 people and As I asked for hot water they are Suggesting us ideas about how can 4 people bathe together in 1hour from 6-7am in winter's minus 1 degrees. They provided us pillows which are wet and they Also Dont have Blankets... They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. No Geysers in Any room. They have some idiotic boiler System. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded hotel... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! Breakfast was booked with room but it was not served till 9 AM ,When we checked out. Tea was also not available till time.

I booked and at the time of check-in, owner of hotel told that they don't accept booking and I can't give room in this price. He was extremely rude. after 15-20 minutes he allowed to check-in . as I entered in room, room service guy asked for money. Phone in room was dead. every time when I ordered some food I have to go in hall to call to restuarant of hotel. again at the time of check-out the guy at reception started to ask money.overall experience is extremely horrible.Please keep away from this hotel.

Over all stay was good. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Bathroom was ok, drain pipe of washbasin(small size) was outside the drain hole. Geyser should be asked to turn on or else its' main switch would remain off from reception. Laundry will require 24hrs atleast. Breakfast(not even tea) cannot be received before 9am(this may trouble for business travellers)

location was very good , room was clean also but hotel staff was so greedy that they alsways ask you for the tip and the manager was very greedy that they ask you for the extra money and cut the AC power atleast for 3 hours a day to save their ac power consumption. i mean i was really dissapointed with these things.
