At the time of booking it showed sea facing and deluxe rooms but as you can see the photos the rooms weren't any match to be deluxe nor faced to sea. Rooms were dirty and unhygienic, hotel isn't upto the price showing on booking site. service was horrible, you can say there was no service.. Cable/dth service in TV was dead, We complained about that but the front office executive said he doesn't have time... tips hunting staffs without giving any service. food was ok type.. rooms were like Rs. 300/400 worth lodging rooms. bedsheets, bathrooms & floors were dirty.. recommend not to stay here!!

Very poor condition of room,AC not working .TV picture coming blurred, blanket torn. If this is the condition of hotel I am sorry to say I will be not able to continue booking with goibo. Not worth of money. I have booked for 3 person bt they have given only double bed, on requesting they gave mattress that to on floor they kept the mattres.As a proof I have attached the pics. Very bad experience .

we were told that when we booked d room hotel was already occupied and hence we were given a room which was probably under renovation and was not in such a good condition...in fact it was very lousy..what we feel as we booked through ibibo at cheaper rate we were given the worst room..other rooms were really good n maintained.. not going there again for sure

I had book deluxe double room (Non-A.C.) and used some coupon from goibibo . So it cost me some less. But if I had paid more, I would still be happy as its just walking distance from beach main location. Room cleanliness is awesome. I with my partner love this room. Must stay here if you are on some trip...

Very poor hotel with the a rude manager who is not doing any work except chewing pan. I complained to him regarding my inconvenience at hotel but he did nothing but told me to keep patience. The room quality is very poor along with services. Ac and water are irregular........

Hotel was okay for an over night stay but lacked in the basic amenities like intercom etc. The room was also stinking with the smell of liquor which may be the previous guests would have used. But it was a value for money and location was hardly 300m from sea beach.

Very poor service ,Only one cook in pantry ,Staff behavior is very bad specially the manager. Never seen such type of staff in my life. The blanket ,tea cup ,water jug are very dirty n old ,but when I request to change the manager argued .

worst n most I'll behaved manager I have ever seen.very bad behaviour of d staff members except one or 2..no cleanliness of d room for 2 days during our stay... specially the manager needs to be taught how to behave with customers.....

We paid to you for (6+2)=8 persons accommodation facilities but the caretaker no given facilities i.e extra pillows for each persons only each double bed 2 pillows with cover had been provided.

It is a good budget hotel. Staff's are cooperating. Market is a bit far. Very silent atmosphere, I like it. But next time I will pick a hotel on marine drive.(sea view).
