Riverdale Resort Lonavala

Terrible experience at this hotel. I had my bike securely parked in the designated area, but it was hit and badly damaged by another guest’s car. Despite clear evidence that it was the other guest’s fault, the hotel management refused to take any responsibility or help resolve the situation. The owner was completely uncooperative, didn’t offer any support, and basically told me it wasn’t their problem. No apology, no assistance, nothing. For a place that claims to care about guests and their property, this was incredibly disappointing. If you value your belongings and expect even basic accountability from hotel staff, avoid this place at all costs.

I will not recommend this resort to anyone. absolutely poor management and do not have any priorities for customer asked. washrooms are not clean, swimming pool is no used. even asked for multiple times to clean swimming pool which will allow kids to play no one did. it is not worth of 2000 rs resort but they have charged 5500 which is over cost compare to others. water supply is not good... reception number is unreachable and what not so do not recommend this resort to anyone even with the cheapest price

A cook ,a service man and a receptionist handle the whole hotel..they are very humble and polite.sometimes delay happen in their service but the smile and innocence they carry will make you forget all your complaints.the cook really cooks good food. Hotel owner should be proud of its staff. good place to stay ,must visit.😊🙂

only budget resort not up to the mark but rooms are spacious toilet sheet broken and jet spray leaking bed sheet was dirty but they replaced on request location is ok but near highway so bit noise hotel need proper maintenance overall ok with family for low budget
