- Must avoid and highly not recommended for business, family and couple. - Power cut issue, at random time power cut will happened for random duration, hotel have no inverter or any power generator set. - Breakfast maker staff wake up after 9:00am, then only you will get breakfast. - Hotel location is away from city, it's in remote rural area, where no street lights available and danger to roam in evening or night. - The way to reach to Hotel is danger, last 1km have no lights, last 500m is one way car spaced road and heavy slop road, no concrete and very rough with random holes on road, it's danger too much. - Too much small parking area and in case sudden owner visit or new guest come, hotel staff will force you to re-park vehicle to align new upcoming car, will wake up even in night. - WiFi available only at reception not in room. - Main room door is of glass and curtain, not hard wooden, curtain is like low quality and feels door as unsafe, due to glass-door and in case curtain not tighten then no privacy, every person on lobby can explore your room and your voice is able to audible at lobby and vice versa. - Every room has another door, which contains beside room's hall area access, in case it's occupied and someone make noise then you feel same noise in your room. - Bathroom has too much slow heater, takes 15 minutes to heat water of half bucket capacity, even in summer and not even bathroom stool provided. - Hotel representative available at hotel for not more than 10 hours, further majorly only 1 Hotel-Person available at hotel. - I have faced bad experience, upon my car battery connector found loosen, asked hotel representative for help, he called his known person and charged 1000Rs for only tighten the connector.

It was a very amazing and beautiful place. It is systematically maintained. Room and facility services are very good. They serve well cooked homemade veg and nonveg food. The food was yummy. 😋 Here we get a beautiful view from the corridor of the room. 😍🥰 Overall we were happy and collected the best memories of Our trip. Definitely i would like to recommend this resort if you are planning a trip to Mahabaleshwar. Go and enjoy your trip too.😊😊

Location is in interior with narrow roads,a bit offbeat but they charged around 630 bucks from me for breakfast and provided us with 1 plate poha and 1 chai. The price of these 2 breakfast items were 40 for poha and 15 for chai.

It has one of the best views with cozy stays in mahabaleshwar only thing is road are too short to reach there otherwise the place has awesome view with good quality homemade food you can enjoy while watching the valley view.
